VR Club Coupons are a way for you to reduce the cost of VR Club activities for both yourself and for your colleagues and friends.

If you book 1 place for yourself as an individual for an Exploration Session you will be sent 1 VR Club Coupon after your session that can be used against the cost of your next individual Exploration Session if used in the same month for a 19:30 – 20:30 Session on a Tuesday at Fraser House or a 11:00 – 12:00 Session on a Friday at the Library.

In addition to this you will be sent a Discount Code that can be sent by email or by social media to your colleagues or friends. It must be used in the same month as your original session. This means that you could choose to invite four of your friends to share the same session as you and they will each be able to book it at a lower cost. You can all choose to share the same experience together or not, it is completely up to each one of your group.

For each of your colleagues and friends that uses this code and can be traced back to you by their entering your first name and surname in the REFERRAL field on their booking form, you will be sent a VR Club Membership Coupon  that you can use to reduce the cost of one month’s VR Club Membership, whenever you decide to use it, with an expiry date of 6 months from the date of your original Exploration Session.

VR Club Coupons will be issued each time you book an Experience Session as an individual but you will need to find four different friends or colleagues to invite. It will not be possible to simply keep inviting the same four people to your sessions and keep getting Coupons to help pay your monthly VR Club Membership fees!
